Great day today – slick calm and active fish. Took the flats boat to the cape to look for albies – found good pods of 3-6lbrs busting 4″ silversides. Worked them good for about 90mins before moving over to the reds.
John did great with the reds on topwater – again, following several back-to-back days of some of my best shallow-water drum fishing of the year. Slick calm, sunny and schools of fish just crushing topwaters. Highlight was a 30″ fish that just dumped a reel! Good job guys!
