The Reds are scared, the speckled trout are shaking in their boots and the Ducks are terrified – WaterDog Guide Service just got another boat!
This is my new second boat – a gorgeous little Jones Brothers Bateau. This beaut is loaded – wide gunnels with fly rod storage, leaning post, state of the art electronics and a four stroke yamaha outboard. Equiped with a gloomis push pole and a 70lb thrust minn-kota auto-pilot trolling motor, she is the perfect skinny water platform – I can’t wait to go chase some trout in a few weeks!! And then some ducks in a few months!!!!
In addition to my Parker 21SE, adding the Jones Brothers to my platform will greatly increase our marsh capabilities – expect to see even more serious drum and trout reports!!
